Endometriosis of the paralumbar muscles: A case report and literature review

Abstract: The objective of this study is to report a case of deep endometriosis of the paralumbar muscles (psoas, multifidus, and erector spinae) and review existing literature on its management. A 34-year-old female with a history of endometriosis was seen for infertility. Paralumbar muscle masses seen on computed tomography (CT) scan were sampled, confirming endometriosis.
