Abstract: Cyclophotocoagulation is the standard cyclodestructive procedure for treating patients with refractory glaucoma. In addition to transscleral cyclophotocoagulation, endoscopically controlled cyclophotocoagulation (ECPC) is a relatively new method, introduced in the 1990s.
