Energy Storage Ceramics: A Bibliometric Review of Literature

Abstract: Energy storage ceramics is among the most discussed topics in the field of energy research. A bibliometric analysis was carried out to evaluate energy storage ceramic publications between 2000 and 2020, based on the Web of Science (WOS) databases. This paper presents a detailed overview of energy storage ceramics research from aspects of document types, paper citations, h-indices, publish time, publications, institutions, countries/regions, research areas, highly cited papers, and keywords. A total of 3177 pub… Show more

“…Increasing demand for miniaturized electronic devices and high-density energy storage ceramics has accelerated the development of dielectric materials with large permittivity. [1][2][3][4] A ferroelectric phase transition and related phenomena are conventional clues for the achievement of large permittivity. An enormous number of experimental and theoretical studies have therefore been performed to clarify the mechanism for the ferroelectricity and related dielectric responses.…”

“…The bibliometric analysis involves quantitatively evaluating scientific publications, patents, and conference proceedings, using various indicators such as citations, cocitations, and co-authorship patterns (HU et al, 2021). By employing these methods, researchers can identify influential research works, prominent authors, and collaborations within a specific research domain.…”
