Engineering Pichia pastoris with surface-display minicellulosomes for carboxymethyl cellulose hydrolysis and ethanol production

Abstract: Backgrounds: Engineering yeast as a consolidated bioprocessing (CBP) microorganism by surface assembly of cellulosomes has been aggressively utilized for cellulosic ethanol production.
