Enhanced high temperature ferromagnetism in Bi1−x R x FeO3 (R = Dy, Y) compounds

Abstract: In this work we report experimental evidence for the weak high-temperature ferromagnetism in Bi1−x R x FeO3 (R = Dy, Y) compounds by systematic characterizations, excluding the possible side-effects from other iron-based impurities. Remarkable saturated magnetic moment was observed in the Y-substituted samples, Bi1−x Y x FeO3, which is larger than the moment ob… Show more

“…The mechanical and interface stabilities of GCPE films were evaluated by their Young's modulus. According to the atomic force microscopy mapping of the Young's modulus in Figure 2g and Figure S8, Supporting Information, the bright surface of the GCPE films exhibits a Young's modulus of 659.7 MPa for the bright surface, far exceeding those of the commercial separator Celgard 2325 separator (60.0 MPa), [23] pristine SEI (≈150.0 MPa), [24] and the HCPE film (254.2 MPa) (Figure 2g,h). In addition, the matte surface of GCPE films exhibits better contact with the Li metal anode than the HCPE films because of the low Young's modulus of the former (165.4 MPa, Figure S8, Supporting Information).…”

“…This is the reason some authors use mainly surgical methods of treatment for these types of defects and prosthetics only in cases of refusal or contraindications for surgery [12]. Digital planning of the surgery provides predictability of the size and location of the defect as well as the expected changes in speech [13].…”

“…2D multiferroics have been attracting much attention due to their promising properties such as high spontaneous FE polarization, [1][2][3][4] photovoltaic effects, [5][6][7][8] and high-temperature magnetism. 9 FE materials, such as BiFeO 3 10 and BaTiO 3 , [11][12][13] have demonstrated outstanding potential for memory storage and integrated microelectrons. 2D GeS showed a tunable Curie temperature and spontaneous polarization of 1 C m À2 , and mutliferroic behaviors under small strain provided high freedom for modulating ferroelectric devices.…”
