Enhanced rapamycin production in Streptomyces hygroscopicus by integrative expression of aveR, a LAL family transcriptional regulator

Abstract: Rapamycin produced by Streptomyces hygroscopicus displays immunosuppressive, antifungal, antitumor, anti-inflammatory and neuro-regenerative properties.
