Enhancement of host resistance againstSalmonella typhimuriuminfection by a diet supplemented with yogurt

Abstract: The effect of a diet supplemented with yogurt containing live lactobacilli (LAB) - Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus - on the response of inbred mice to infection with Salmonella typhimurium was elaborated.
