The development of IT has become a crucial and essential necessity for fostering innovation within companies. Recent technological advancements have resulted in Information Systems (IS) involving the processes of identification, evaluation, and decision-making related to a company's strategies. In its application, IS has been used not only within companies but has also extended into the realm of education. The significance of information systems in the education sector has become crucial for more modern education, especially in this era of education 4.0, where education tends toward digitalization. The high school is an educational organization located in Jakarta, Indonesia. These organizations have diverse business processes, ranging from the enrollment of new students, school data management such as student and teacher records, facility management, and the learning process, to routine divisional reporting, these high schools have not optimally and integratively implemented technology. They acknowledge the importance of integrating business processes with IS. Therefore, the design of enterprise architecture is needed to align business processes with information systems to ensure their mutual integration. The enterprise architecture undertaken in this study will assist in designing advancements in business processes, information systems, and organizational infrastructure, enabling high schools to better prepare for future challenges and move toward a more modern learning environment. This research employs The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF ADM) combined with the application of the Ward Peppard method. TOGAF provides methods related to building, managing, and implementing enterprise architecture and information systems. The findings of this research consist of a blueprint recommendation comprising detailed proposals for integrated applications to enhance business processes and cater to the needs of the company. These recommendations can serve as a reference for designing information systems and making decisions in developing high school information systems.

Processing of patient data at the Mulia Mother and Child Hospital has so far been carried out on a paper-based basis and there has been no data integration between the registration, polyclinic, pharmacy and medical records departments. In order for better service and patient data processing to support decision making and provide fast and accurate information, enterprise architecture analysis and planning is needed. The aim of this research is enterprise architecture planning for information systems and information technology that will be applied to maternal and child hospitals in line with the vision and mission so that strategic objectives can be achieved. The research uses the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) method with the Architecture Development Method (ADM). TOGAF ADM has eight stages, this research only uses five stages, namely Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and Technology Architecture. The research results are in the form of an information system and information technology blueprint that can support business processes to achieve the strategic goals expected by Mulia mother and child hospital. Apart from that, the TOGAF ADM method produces architectural designs according to the institution's vision and mission, so that it can overcome existing problems.

The use of information and communication technology helps improve the quality of education and learning processes, research, libraries and information services, and university management. With the development of ICT, universities are one of the companies engaged in education, so that institutions and universities need an information system planning strategy. This study presents a detailed and extensive systematic literature review (SLR) to select studies that carry out the current application of Enterprise Architecture in higher education. The method used in this research is the incorporation of various systematic literature studies on previous studies related to research objectives. The results of this literature review reveal important aspects related to the use of enterprise architecture applications in higher education, such as the most popular frameworks used in higher education, examine the reasons and determine the criteria for using application-based frameworks, and why enterprise architecture frameworks are needed to implement in higher education.
