Entrepreneurial Exit Response to Dissatisfaction With Public Services

Abstract: Following Hirschman's seminal Exit, Voice and Loyalty, an exit response to dissatisfaction with public services is often portrayed as a replacement of one service provider with another, depending on the availability of alternatives.
