Epidemiological study of patients with diabetes mellitus at the Yanequen family health center, Chile

Abstract: Methodology: A retrospective, cross-sectional, descriptive study was carried out in patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus. Results: These averages stood out in the study: mean age 62 years, HbA1c 7.4%, LDL cholesterol 106.57 mg / dL, glomerular filtration rate 75.79 mL / min and albumin creatinine ratio 73.96 mg / g. 69% of the population had high blood pressure, 55% were overweight, and 24.9% had obesity.
