Epigenetic states of donor cells significantly affect the development of somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) embryos in pigs

Abstract: The type and pattern of epigenetic modification in donor cells can significantly affect the developmental competency of somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) embryos.
