Equine Fecal Microbiota Transplantation: Possible Mechanisms and Future Perspectives

Abstract: Equine fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) is an emerging therapy for restoring gut microbiome balance in horses. An imbalance in the gut microorganisms, known as dysbiosis, can cause inflammation and metabolic disruptions.
