Establishing a Porcine Eye Model for Manual Sub-Bowman Layer Photorefractive Keratomileusis

Abstract: Objective. To establish a porcine eye model for manual sub-Bowman layer photorefractive keratomileusis (SBPRK), which is a reformed surface ablation refractive surgery that results in preserving the corneal Bowman layer (BL).
