Estonian Community Houses as Local Tools for the Development of Estonian Cultural Policy

Abstract: is currently writing a dissertation on the Estonian cultural policy in University of Jyväskylä. She has a background from practical art-field and has been involved in the development of the cultural management study program in Estonian higher education system.
