État des lieux des pertes alimentaires et potentiel d'utilisation des sous-produits animaux par les filières animales

Abstract: L’INRA a confié à ses groupes « filières » une étude (2015-2016) visant à analyser et à quantifier les pertes alimentaires aux stades de la production agricole et de la transformation. Cet article synthétise le travail sur les filières animales.
