Ethical Leadership and Corporate Social Responsibility – Empirical Research

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to shed light on the relationship between ethical leadership and corporate social responsibility (CSR). A total of 185 part-time students from two business universities were surveyed. The respondents were asked to assess their managers as well as the activities of their companies related to CSR.
