Abstract: The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic represented a critical moment for technology use within rehabilitation counseling. This study explored trends in the beliefs and behaviors of Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRCs) regarding the ethical use of technology before and during the pandemic.
