Etiological Spectrum of Pancytopenia in Children of Southern Punjab

Abstract: Background: Pancytopenia is an intermittent hematological finding in children presenting with erratic clinical features like fever, pallor, petechiae, bleeding, distended abdomen, failure to thrive.
