Eu doped Si-oxynitride fluorescent nanofibrous inorganic membranes with high flexibility

Abstract

Novel flexible SiO2-based fluorescent nanobelt membranes were successfully prepared by a simple and versatile electrospinning process combined with gas reduction nitridation. The excellent results indicate their potential in flexible display.
