EVALUACIÓN in vitro DE LA ACTIVIDAD CITOTÓXICA Y ANTITUMORAL DE PLANTAS MEDICINALES RECOMENDADAS EN CUETZALAN DEL PROGRESO, PUEBLA, MÉXICO.

Abstract: Cuetzalan del Progreso, Puebla, were collected, aqueous and hydroalcoholic extracts were produced and their capacity to inhibit both the proliferation and tumor growth was evaluated in vitro using the human cervical cancer SiHa cell line. Two types of assays were performed: a) Inhibition of cell proliferation and b) Tumor size reduction in vitro.
