Abstract: Pendidikan dasar merupakan wilayah fundamental  bagi pengembangan  sumber  daya manusia.KTSP pada Pendidikan  Dasar sewajarnya dikembangkan sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik, diarahkan pada berbagai tuntutan dan kebutuhannya di masyarakat dan untuk masa depan.
