Evaluasi Mutu Pelayanan Puskesmas Terakreditasi Berdasarkan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Di Kabupaten Karawang

Abstract: Pada masa pandemi COVID-19, mutu pelayanan Puskesmas menjadi tolak ukur utama dalam evaluasi kinerja Puskesmas khususnya yang telah terakreditasi. Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan merupakan salah satu parameter untuk mengetahui mutu pelayanan Puskesmas telah sesuai dengan standar.
