Evaluating the Quality of Competency Assessment in Pharmacy: A Framework for Workplace Learning

Abstract: Demonstration of achieved competencies is critical in the pharmacy workplace. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of the competency assessment program for pharmacy residents at an academic medical center.
