Evaluation and Analysis of Incidence and Risk Factors of Lower Extremity Venous Thrombosis After Urologic Surgeries: A Prospective Two-Center Study Using LASSO-Logistics Regression.

Abstract: Purpose: To analyze the incidence and risk factors of lower extremity venous thrombosis after urologic surgeries. Methods: A prospective two-center study was conducted from August 2019 to January 2020. 1122 consecutive patients who underwent urologic procedures were enrolled. The study primary end point was the detection of asymptomatic or symptomatic deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremity within 7 days after the surgeries.
