Evaluation of barriers in the adoption of halal certification: a fuzzy DEMATEL approach

Abstract: Purpose Higher level of customer satisfaction for halal products can be achieved by the effective adoption of halal certification through assessment and accreditation (HCAA). There are certain issues that seem detrimental towards the adoption of HCAA.
