Evaluation of dengue NS1 antigen rapid diagnostic test

Abstract: without TC, the induction of autophagy was examined. We examined LC-3-II protein and p-mTOR. Furthermore we examined the effects of mTOR inhibitor. Results: Using the Multi Plex kit, we confirmed that LPS induced cytokines production in THP-1 cells. TC downregulated the release of cytokines. MINO inhibited TNF-␣ to 16.0% and 10.7% at 1 h and 2 h, respectively, and inhibited IL-8 to 43.6% and 30.1%. TGC inhibited TNF-␣ to 14.0% and 66.6%, IL-8 to 32.2% and 97.1% respectively, compared to control levels. NF-B inh… Show more

“…There is currently one FDA approved NS1 test in the USA, the DENV Detect NS1 ELISA (InBios International), and it provides qualitative results [80]. However, currently, there are seven commercially available tests, with four of them being rapid tests [81,82]. The seven tests are Dengue NS1 Ag STRIP (BioRad, Marnes-la-Coquette, France), Platelia Dengue NS1 Ag ELISA (BioRad), Dengue NS1 Detect Rapid Test (InBios International), DENV Detect NS1 ELISA (InBios International), Panbio Dengue Early Rapid (Alere, Waltham, WA, USA), Panbio Dengue Early ELISA (2nd generation (Alere), and SD Bioline Dengue NS1 Ag Rapid Test (Abbott, Abbott Park, IL, USA) [81,83].…”
