According to the approved strategy for the development of the country's transport complex, the current trend is to increase the energy efficiency of service and industrial buildings. The analysis of scientific research carried out confirms that the variety of energy-saving technologies complicates the process of choosing optimal design solutions. It is also noted that the primary indicators of the choice of energy-saving technologies do not take into account prospective operating costs, as well as a likely decrease in the reliability of the functioning of buildings and structures of the transport infrastructure during operation. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to develop a model for multi-criteria decision making on the choice of the optimal energy-saving technology. The article proposes four levels of ranging of criteria, taking into account federal requirements, regional and industry specifics, as well as the availability of local mechanisms for the implementation of energy-saving technologies. Normalized indicators are referred to supra-rank criteria. The significance of organizational-technological, technical-economic and operational-technical criteria is determined by the expert method. An example of determining the vector of priorities, both criteria for comparison, and alternative energy-saving technologies by the analysis of hierarchies is given. The result of the study is a decision-making model for choosing the optimal energy-saving technology, taking into account the prospects for the operation of transport infrastructure buildings. The practical application of the results obtained is possible both in new construction and in the repair and reconstruction of buildings as an addition to the quality control system of design solutions.

the main research question is the problem of methodological approaches to the development of embankment arrangement projects. Recently, in our country, great importance has been attached not only to the improvement or reconstruction of embankments, but also to comprehensively addressing many issues, such as the preservation of the historical heritage of our culture, ecology, safety, economy, multifunctionality, etc. The aim of the study is a systematic integrated approach to solving the tasks of arranging embankments, the proposed systems perform several functionals at once and allow to solve environmental, technical, aesthetic and economic problems. To solve the problem of arranging embankments, normative documents, domestic and foreign experience, innovative technologies, modern materials and advanced methods for improving embankments were studied.

The paper presents the results of a study of design risks affecting the exploitation reliability of high-rise buildings. The aim of the study was to study and optimize risk management strategies. The relevance of the work is justified by the statistics of recorded violations in the design of high-rise buildings, which affects their quality in the process of exploitation, leading to disastrous consequences. Existing methods of risk assessment take into account natural and man-made hazards. The consequences of risk are human victims. Damage to risk is estimated from material losses. The paper suggests refinement to the methodology for assessing project risks. As a criterion of the consequences of risks, the deviation from the normative technical condition is proposed. As a criterion of damage, the value of operating costs, as well as the amount of costs for eliminating not the consequences of risks, but the costs of eliminating their causes at the design stage are proposed. The risk classification was carried out according to the design stages, according to the source of occurrence. The ranking of risk criteria was proposed to establish the priority of their elimination. The algorithm of risk management proposed by the authors can serve as an addition to existing quality control systems for the stage of designing high-rise buildings.
