Evaluation of machine learning models for proteoform retention and migration time prediction in top-down mass spectrometry

Abstract: Reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) and capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) are two popular proteoform separation methods in mass spectrometry (MS)-based top-down proteomics.
