Evaluation of possibility to increasing sustainability of high-rise buildings through use university intellectual property

Abstract: Abstract. In this article explained approach of valuation of intellectual property of Voronezh State Technical University, as her usefulness to increasing the sustainability and ecological safety of high-rise building.
