Abstract. In this article explained approach of valuation of intellectual property of Voronezh State Technical University, as her usefulness to increasing the sustainability and ecological safety of high-rise building. High-rise building is main type of buildings in modern cities. They include large volume of material mass, high volume of energy using and high volume of emissions. Using innovation solutions to improving ecology safety of high-rise buildings has large potential to city in whole. Explained in the article methods of calculation of effects helps to value sustainable solutions of present and future generations. Thus usefulness of patents express through usefulness regarding to high-rise building, including for sustainable development.
In Russia each year appears 15 million tons of building scrap. According to statistic agency data, there were 10% of this measure is reused, almost for backfill pits and some for use as material filler. At Voronezh state technical university in the chair of Building structures and basements, realized experience of construction new low-rise houses made from reused building materials (scrap), which came from demolition places by lean dismantle. From the 2011 year till today by this technology have constructed not less 5 days each year in Voronezh region. The purpose of this research work is an evaluation of the growth the volume of reuse building scrap in Voronezh region. The main task is elimination obstacles of the growth potential of using this dismantle technology with following construction low-rise houses made from reused materials.
Abstract. In this article is described an effort to develop a new system of management and economy of building materials scrap recycling cluster. For this task is used conception "Management by Objective" by American legend Peter Drucker. Thus cluster participants have divergent purposes, but have common purpose, the present conception match the most for develop business strategy of uniting companies in this cluster. As result, it was developed a "Balanced Scorecard" for the cluster. This "Balanced Scorecard" take into account technological features of companies in cluster and developed common purpose system. In base of system structure of indicators there is exist model of cluster. This model can show capacity, output flows and throughput capacity of participants. During develop a system of cluster's purposes it were learned priorities balance of economy efficiency and natural resource management. There are shown calculation of costs of reuse building recycled materials, located on solid waste landfill. Developed strategic system of purpose of cluster activity allows to get economical benefit all participants and for citizens to save environment from nature disaster.
The paper deals with the analysis of scientific works about resettlement from dilapidated housing in Voronezh. Authors offered the system of financial stimulation for construction projects, which are based on government-private partnership. The financial stimulation is based on different mechanisms and its purpose is to rise influence on financial interests of participants investment-construction projects. This is solution to the problem of dilapidated housing and developer’s competitiveness rise. The solution has two instruments: first is tax stimulation and the second is rise of program efficiency by using financial resources. Preliminary evaluation has shown that algorithm of design and introduction allows achieving the following results: decrease tax load, decrease investor’s need in finance, and transparency rise and quality of finance control rise. The risk exists because non-purpose usage of developer’s income at the best case in any period leads to losing the opportunity of finalizing construction object, or in the worst case – bankruptcy. Project financing with current mechanism helps to decrease expenditures and to rise competitiveness of residential developers.
With the account of modern requirements of energy saving each year increase actuality of technologies of use solar energy to decrease energy consumption. Multifunctional utilization of solar radiation make able much more degree in autonomy the energy supply of buildings, that main condition in case of too far location of traditional resources and appear of faults during their supply. Because of it is considered possibility of receiving heat and electrical energy in one technical device, with high efficiency. It is offered structural solution of multifunctional flat solar collector, which rise efficiency of radiation utilization. It is analyzed degree. It is analyzed the degree of absorption of solar radiation by additional location the photo converters in the device. It is estimated the influence of occupied by semi-conductors square on total absorption coefficient. It is proved, that by occupied square with photo elements less than 20% square of collector, the decrease of heat process parameters will be in limits of 5%. However by this it will be act neither heat, not electrical energy, which could be forwarded to systems of building life-support systems. Beside of it, for increase efficiency of solar collector it is offered additional processing of absorber’s surface, which is rise degree of radiation absorption. Technology of laser weld allows to create on surface ultra-thin cell ribbing, which in forthcoming could be consider as decrease reflection roughness. Execution by this way ribbing increase panel’s square and its absorption ability. By this size of cells could be from 0,5 to 4 mm and choose in depend of area irradiance, where will be located solar unit.
