Abstract:<p class="abstract"><strong>Background:</strong> Chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM) is typically a persistent disease insidious in ONSET, affecting the mucoperiosteal lining of middle ear cleft, often capable of causing severe destruction and irreversible sequelae and manifests clinically with hearing impairment and discharge.
