This case study refers to a three-and-a-half-year married couple who visited an infertility clinic and are facing infertility for two-and-a-half years. They started in vitro fertilization/assisted reproduction technology (IVF/ART) procedures from December 2021. In 2019, the couple underwent infertility therapy in Wardha, India, including three intra-uterine insemination (IUI) treatments which failed. The couple was then recommended the intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) procedure in which the semen sample was separated using a microfluidic sperm sorter for separating good quality sperms. There was no past medical history of both of the partners. Since she was infertile, the desire to have a child was extremely strong. Sadness, helplessness, bewilderment, and frustration are all common feelings associated with infertility. The left fallopian tube delays spillage in females and oligoasthenozoospermia in males; women were detected with secondary infertility and male sperm samples were sorted using a microfluidic sperm sorter and fertilized frozen oocytes for ICSI. As the male partner, in this case, had oligoasthenozoospermia, he was prescribed multivitamins and other medications. After ICSI, the blastocyst formation was good with the use of a microfluidic sperm sorter.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune illness that affects several organs, and the most frequent renal consequence of SLE is lupus nephritis (LN). It is a rare, systemic disease, possibly fatal autoimmune illness with high morbidity. SLE prevalence has been observed to range between 14 and 60 per 100,000 people. A 13-year-female child was admitted to the hospital in the paediatric ward with the chief complaint of skin lesion over sun sun-exposed and bleeding from oral mucosa. Blood samples were sent to the laboratory for investigations, and blood cultures were also sent to the microbiology lab. As soon as she was admitted, treatment was started without any delay. Blood investigations show a decreased level of WBC count, i.e. 3500 cu/mm, and the blood culture revealed the organism's growth. Hence patient was started on injectable antibiotics. After 15 days of a continuous course of antibiotics, the patient started recovery. The rashes started disappearing a little bit. Physiotherapy is begun for a child with joint pain where she experiences relief.

Background: The most prevalent cyanotic congenital cardiac condition is the tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). A congenital heart defect is a flaw in the structure of the heart that is present at birth. The normal flow of blood through the heart is disrupted by this type of cardiac defect. It accounts for about 6% to 10% of all congenital heart defects. The congenital heart condition double outlet right ventricle (DORV) occurs when two blood arteries do not attach to the heart. It can affect 1 to 3% of people with congenital cardiac disease. Case Presentation: A newborn male child was brought by her parents to the paediatric ward with a chief complaint of shortness of breath, cyanosis, hypoglycaemia, and convulsion. In the case of Tetralogy of Fallot with Double outlet right ventricle. The primary therapeutic interventions were given to the newborn patient and he was treated with antibiotics and vasodilators. Conclusion: The newborn male old child with complaints of shortness of breath, cyanosis, hypoglycaemia, and convulsion and diagnosed with tetralogy of Fallot with double outlet right ventricles. After the proper therapeutic interventions and treatment, the client's condition is improved. He has been able to maintain oxygen saturation up to 88-94% and reduced hypoglycaemia and convulsion, cyanosis.
