During the pandemic, all learning activities are carried out remotely from home with the integration of technology. Teachers no longer directly interact with students so that the involvement of parents at home becomes an additional variable in student learning activities. This study aims to examine the technology integration factor on parental involvement in distance learning. This is a quantitative study using a survey design. The research subjects were elementary school students who participated in distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data were collected using a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The research findings show that student request is the variable that has the highest effect on technology integration carried out by parents. Furthermore, technology integration is also influenced by parents' understanding of technology. The structural model shows that teacher performance and school support do not have a direct effect on technology integration by parents. However, these two variables have an indirect effect through the student requests variable.

Person fit statistics to identify irrational response patterns for multiple-choice tests in learning evaluation

This study aims to analyze and describe the response patterns of school exam participants based on the person fit method. This research is a quantitative study with a focus on research on social science elementary school examinations as many as 15 multiple choice items and 137 participant answer sheets. Data collection techniques were carried out with documentation by collecting the participants' exam results and then being scored based on the answer key. The data analysis technique used is statistical person fit analysis with the Rasch Model. Data were analyzed using the R Program with the package latent trait model (ltm). The results showed that as many as 93 or about 67.9% of examinees detected fit or were categorized as having rational response patterns and as many as 44 examinees or around 32.1% of examinees were detected as not fit or categorized as having irrational response patterns. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that most elementary school exam participants had a response pattern that was fit (had a rational response pattern).

A qualified education depends on both the realization of the objectives expected from it and the level of satisfaction of those who benefit from this service. Determination of student satisfaction has an important place in determining the quality of the service offered in terms of higher education institutions. In this context, the aim of this study is to develop a measurement tool that can be used to measure the satisfaction levels of university students. For this purpose, “University Students Satisfaction Scale” (U-SSS) was developed. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was conducted on 1569 university students, and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was performed on 1337 university students. As a result of the EFA, a structure consisting of 40 items with four factors (i. Social, Cultural and Physical Facilities of the University, ii. Facilities of the Educational Program, iii. University Service Area and iv. University Perception) was obtained. The variance was explained 58.219%. The Cronbach's alpha (α) internal consistency coefficient for 40 items in the final scale form was found to be .94. The structure obtained as a result of DFA was confirmed. As a result of the study, it has been determined that “University Students Satisfaction Scale” (U-SSS) is a measurement tool that can measure university students' satisfaction in a valid and reliable way.
