Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Training Russian Chess Players with Musculoskeletal Disorders

Abstract: Low psychophysical activity of persons with pathology of the musculoskeletal system makes it relevant to search for opportunities to increase it. To solve this problem, it seems promising to use the intellectually stimulating and socializing potential of "mental" sports.
