Evaluation of velvet bean meal as an alternative protein ingredient for poultry feed

Abstract: The effect of certain simple and cost-effective processing methods on the nutritional and anti-nutritional properties of seed materials of an under-utilized food legume, Mucuna pruriens (L.)
