Evidence-based practice instruments for nurses validated for Portugal: scoping review protocol

Abstract: Introduction: Evidence-based practice promotes nurses' empowerment, increases safety and the quality of care. Objective: To map evidence-based practice instruments for nurses in the context of clinical practice, cross-culturally validated for the Portuguese population.
