“…Significant attention has been paid to the establishment of an accurate, sensitive and effective method for investigating the binding behavior of protein with Al(III). Different methods have been reported for studying the interaction of protein with Al(III), for example, glutamate dehydrogenase with Al(III) using electrochemistry and circular dichroism , erythropoietin with Al(III) using size‐exclusion chromatography‐absorption atomic spectrometry and trypsin with Al(III) using Raman and infrared spectroscopy , showing that the binding of Al(III) to the active sites of protein induced the changes in α helices, β sheets and random coils. To date, studying the binding behavior of lysozyme with Al(III) using flow injection–chemiluminescence (FI–CL) analysis has not been reported.…”
