Evolutionary Game Analysis of Industry-University-Research Cooperative Innovation in Digital Media Enterprise Cluster Based on GS Algorithm

Abstract: In order to study all the advantages and disadvantages of digital media enterprises, technological innovation can only be completed through cooperation. A kind of industry-university-research cooperative innovation evolutionary game method based on GS algorithm is proposed for digital media enterprise clusters. This method analyzes the evolutionary game theory of innovation and puts forward the evolutionary stability strategy of cooperative innovation between enterprises and research institutions. The results … Show more

“…Evolutionary game theory is based on bounded rationality, in which individuals with limited information constantly adjust their strategies at the margin, according to their vested interests, to pursue improvement of their own interests [40]. With the development of evolutionary game theory, many scholars have used it to discuss collaborative innovation from the perspectives of the innovation ecosystem and the innovation alliance [41]. Some scholars have used evolutionary game theory to study collaborative innovation in the supply chain [42].…”

“…Some scholars have considered the governance role of scientific research institutions. Duan et al (2019) compared the advantages and disadvantages of independent and cooperative innovation in digital media enterprises and proposed that enterprises should cooperate with scientific research institutions. Su et al (2019) studied the tripartite collaborative innovation behavior of the government, enterprises and scientific research institutions, and proposed that the government should improve the incentive mechanism of industry, education and research.…”

“…The cooperative game is similar to the prisoner’s dilemma. To increase the probability of the emergence of the Pareto-optimal Nash equilibrium, the same coordination game can be played repeatedly ( Duan et al, 2022 ). In contrast, the emergence of a Pareto-optimal Nash equilibrium can only be achieved by information communication in the game.…”
