Ex Vivo Analysis of Tryptophan Metabolism Using 19F NMR

Abstract: Tryptophan, an essential amino acid, is metabolized into a variety of small molecules capable of impacting human physiology, and aberrant tryptophan metabolism has been linked to a number of diseases.
