IR observation on O–D vibration in LiNbO3 and LiTaO3 single crystal irradiated by 3keV

Consequently, multiple IR absorption peaks related to O-D stretching vibrations were observed in LiAlO 2 , mainly at 2650 cm À1 (O-D a ), 2600 cm À1 (O-D b ), and 2500 cm À1 (O-D c ).…”

Thermal desorption spectroscopy (TDS) with combination of ion implantation technology has been applied in the study on the behavior of hydrogen isotopes in PFM [10,11] and tritium breeding materials [8,9] for fusion reactor.
