Abstract: The results of a comprehensive experimental program, aimed at providing a fundamental understanding of the behavior of shear-critical exterior reinforced concrete ͑RC͒ joints strengthened with fiber reinforced polymers ͑FRP͒ under simulated seismic load, are presented in this study.
