Experimental software solution for e-projects and e-documents management

Abstract: In the research are presented experimental software for simultaneous remote project management and project documentation tracking of several projects simultaneously. Tracking and management functionality gives opportunity the teams, tasks, resources, roles of members, reports, papers and etc. A documents repository is appointed to every project. The repositories could be classified, categorized (by many characteristics),shared (by preliminary defined access-conditions assigned by owner or author), to be search… Show more

“…Experiments are carried out in the e-learning environment, named BEST 1.0 (Bulgarian Educational Site) [4] and Moodle 1.5.4+. The main idea is related with generation of test questions using the students' answers (accumulated in current ecourse) to given 'special' test question and design of test questions for measurement of different knowledge levels.…”

“…The overall digital architecture of the system is shown in Figure 2. The middleware layer is implemented in Java and runs on both Windows, Linux, and Macintosh platforms; the specific instantiation for this design relied on a mix of Windows XP and Windows 7 Platform Composition represents but one of many possible resource sharing middleware layers that could be used to facilitate the integration between fixed and mobile systems [8] [11][14] [15]. The primary contributions of the prototype system focus on bridging the divide between mobile and fixed systems in a cohesive and coherent collaborative system, not the underlying sharing mechanism.…”
