Staff is responsible for ensuring that all regulations in an agency are followed. Due to indiscipline, work productivity frequently fails to reach work achievement targets. This study aims to reveal the work discipline of staff in the information technology unit and a database based on work output. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study approach. The informants in this study were staff of the information technology unit and database, totalling three people. The researcher is the key instrument in collecting and interpreting the data in this study. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques in this study using Nvivo Plus version 11 software include data input, coding, exploration, visualization, and presentation. This study found that staff work discipline was perfect, as evidenced by the online presence of incoming and outgoing hours on time. Timeliness in data reporting can be completed on time if all the data available in the Siakad application is fixed and complete. The target of achieving work output from Pddikti data reporting is still at 80%. There are still many obstacles and problems that occur in data reporting. Efforts to improve and evaluate work output in the form of Pddikti data reporting have been carried out by all parties.

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation and results of the MBKM study program on projects in villages at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Surabaya State University. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The focus of this research is based on the policy implementation variable developed by Merilee S. Grindle, namely the policy content variable, which includes: (1) interests affected by the policy; (2) types of benefits to be generated; (3) desired degree of change; (4) position of policymakers; (5) program implementers; and (6) deployed resources. Furthermore, policy context variables include: (1) the power, interests, and strategies of the actors involved; (2) the characteristics of the institutions and regimes in power; and (3) the compliance and responsiveness of implementers. The data collection process was carried out through interviews with the secretaries of the MBKM KKNT Program, deputy deans for Academic Affairs, heads of departments or heads of study programs, field supervisors, and lecturers of Village Project KKN-T courses. Also included were students participating in the MBKM KKNT Project in the Village and literature study who used and collected data such as activity reports, regulations related to the project's KKNT Program in the Villages, along with books and articles about the MBKM program. The report revealed that students need to have an understanding of the management of concepts and use of systems for implementing village project KKN-T activities to meet the expected goals.

Learning independence and learning motivation is very important to student academic achievement. Many efforts have been made to improve student achievement in the Nursing Diploma Study Program at the University of Timor, but the results have not been as expected. This study aims to identify the relationship between learning independence and learning motivation with the academic achievement of students of Unimor Nursing Study Program. The method used is descriptive and correlative with the cross-sectional approach. The sample was Unimor Nursing Diploma Study Program students, recruited by a total sampling of 46 people. The results showed that forty-six students of the Nursing Study Program at the University of Timor completed a questionnaire containing a Liker scale of 1-5 for learning independence and learning motivation. Student academic achievements are obtained from the academic division of the Nursing Diploma Study Program. Pearson Chi-Square analysis at an alpha of 0.05 shows that there is no relationship between learning independence and learning motivation with student academic achievement [p-value> 0.05]. The conclusion is that there is no relationship between learning independence and learning motivation with the academic achievement of students of the University of Timor Nursing Study Program.
