The purpose of this research is to find strategies for vocational education to improve the quality of talent training under the current new economic state characterized by mobile Internet, cloud technology, big data, new energy, robot and artificial intelligence technology, so as to provide better and stronger human resources support for economic development. This research uses survey method, literature research method and functional analysis method in order to arrive at the core management strategies of vocational education management in the context of informationization. Through the analysis of the current situation of information-based teaching in vocational schools, this paper discusses the key working elements of Vocational Education Management under the background of information, and analyzes the existing problems. According to the existing problems, this paper puts forward four strategies to establish a correct concept of information-based teaching, continuously improve teachers' information-based teaching ability, pay attention to the construction of information-based environment and guide students to play a good role as learning subjects. Through the research on the current situation of information-based teaching in vocational schools, this study summarizes the management elements in the information-based process of vocational education, points out the existing problems in information-based teaching, and creatively puts forward the strategies and methods to solve the existing problems. This study points out the management points that need to be paid attention to in the process of vocational education informatization, and puts forward management strategies according to the problems existing in the current vocational education informatization teaching, which will contribute to improving the effect of vocational education informatization teaching, so that vocational education can cultivate more excellent technical and skilled talents for social and economic development.

By controlling the benefits and drawbacks of informatization construction (IC) and development, evaluating the level of education informatization (EI) development can aid in university administration and decision-making. This work develops an evaluation method for the University Information Construction (UIC) based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Particle Swarm Optimization-based back-Propagation Neural Network (PSO-BPNN) algorithm to address the fuzziness issue in grade evaluation in the IC. Firstly, a set of data-driven evaluation index systems of the UIC effect is constructed with 16 second-class indicators and four first-class indicators of infrastructure, resource management, information management, and safeguard measures. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of the first-class indicators of the IC model. Secondly, from two perspectives of inertia weight and learning factor, the PSO-BPNN algorithm is designed to fit and analyze the level of UIC. The experimental findings demonstrate that the proposed model’s training impact is better, reflecting UIC’s effectiveness more accurately.

China is currently in the era of education informatization 2.0, which has significant implications for the country's economic and social development. During the previous era, education informatization 1.0, the focus was on constructing and investing in informatization infrastructure. However, due to historical and economic factors, there were significant differences in the level of education informatization infrastructure construction across regions. This paper evaluates the construction of education informatization infrastructure in secondary schools during the education informatization 1.0 era, using a combination of data sources and analytical techniques. The results show that education informatization infrastructure construction has improved overall, with the central and eastern regions ahead of the western regions, also the central region has seen an increase in the ratio of both microcomputer room construction and voice classroom construction. However, the education informatization infrastructure construction in the western regions still requires improvement, which has significant implications for promoting regional equity in education and advancing China's education informatization agenda.
