With the advancement of the era that increasingly rapidly affect the pattern of all-dependent life with advanced technology that allows us to do many things in everyday life in accordance with our needs such as using gadgets as a medium of learning. By using Android based gadgets we can use it to learn to play guitar that is supported by the Android application program that presents learning about playing guitar. Using gadgets as a medium of learning is an interesting and very easy. Android application program about learning to play the guitar is facilitate us in learning. Gadget as a medium of learning is an utilization technological developments that are worth positive and useful for us. Android guitar application presents about the correct guitar playing procedure and there chord and chord sound, not only see the chord form but we can listen to chords. Application made using prototyping method so that will continue to be fixed when there are deficiencies. This application will continue to grow in accordance with the needs of the user. This application is made to facilitate the learning process. Application users will continue to be developed to fit the needs of users and become the right facilities and useful for its users.

This paper presents learning analytics as a mean to improve students' learning. Most learning analytics tools are developed by in-house individual educational institutions to meet the specific needs of their students. Learning analytics is defined as a way to measure, collect, analyse and report data about learners and their context, for the purpose of understanding and optimizing learning. The paper concludes by highlighting framework of learning analytics in order to improve personalised learning. In addition, it is an endeavour to define the characterising features that represents the relationship between learning analytics and personalised learning environment. The paper proposes that learning analytics is dependent on personalised approach for both educators and students. From a learning perspective, students can be supported with specific learning process and reflection visualisation that compares their respective performances to the overall performance of a course. Furthermore, the learners may be provided with personalised recommendations for suitable learning resources, learning paths, or peer students through recommending system. The paper's contribution to knowledge is in considering personalised learning within the context framework of learning analytics.

Abstract-Cyber counselling or e-therapy has widely been adopted as the new approach to give an insightful guidance into the clients. In higher education (HE) level, this initiative seems to have rarely been involved due to some technical requirements and preparations. This paper aims to present the approach of e-therapy using mobile application design. The finding illustrates that promoting this model application can theoretically assist the transmission process of counselling in the academic circumstance where both students and advisors may have a continuous engagement with more convenient quality in solving the issues surrounding the academic purposes. The attainment of this paper is expected to contribute in enabling the process of academic counselling in the context of higher education (HE). Strengthening practical and relational value maintaining connection to facilitate the sensitive issues disclosure is expected to help students solve their academic issues, such as reflecting the learning achievement.
