Exploring Interpersonal Relationships in a Nurse-Managed Clinic and Their Impact on Clinical Outcomes

Abstract: This study explores the impact of interpersonal relationships on processes and outcomes of care at a nurse-managed, primary care clinic in Southern California serving a vulnerable population.
