Extending Loyalty Programs with BI Functionalities

Abstract: Effective customer loyalty programs are essential for every company. Small and medium sized brick-andmortar stores, such as bakeries, butcher and flower shops, often share a common overarching loyalty program, organized by a third-party provider.
