Extension of the surface recombination model and unique determination of the recombination energy by means of reverse current measurements

Abstract

After the influence of a positive charge a translation of the maximum of surface recombination velocity relative to the minimum of surface conductivity was observed which is connected with a broadening of the recombination curve. The phenomenon is explained as an interaction between the surface recombination centres and slow surface states and gives an unique determination of the recombination energy levels and an extension of the surface recombination model.
