Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing: Four case studies of a new tool for executive coaching and restoring employee performance after setbacks.

Abstract: vention is the eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) method, developed by Francine Shapiro in 1987. EMDR was introduced and first studied as a rapid treatment for anxiety and traumatic stress.
