Factor Structure and Major Factors of Physical Ability of 13-14-Year-Old Pupils

Abstract: Physical activity is an important element and criterium for a healthy lifestyle. The level of physical ability determines the degree to which an organism adapts to its environment and therefore the development and condition of all the other personal qualities depends greatly on it.
